S1:Ep2 B.L.T. With a Twiss

Ashanta & her guest Samantha put a twist on the classic lunch favorite, the B.L.T. Done with a twiss, some laughs, and lots of love. You never know what you’ll get, but it will taste good! (That’s what I said)


  • 2 teaspoon Coconut Oil (other oil optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 Slices Peppered Turkey Deli Meat
  • 6 Slices Beef Bacon (other bacon optional)
  • 1 Egg (cooked as desired)
  • 2 Slices of Wheat Bread Toasted (other bread optional)
  • 1 Leaf of Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 Slices of Tomato
  • 1 Slice of Muenster Cheese
  • 1 Slice of American Cheese


1. Cook Bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towel

2. Heat up 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Once hot add turkey meat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until meat is heated but not browned.

3. Toast bread

4. Heat up 1 teaspoon of oil to pan and cook egg as desired. Once cooked add muenster cheese

5. Add mayo and Dijon mustard to both slices of bread

6. Add lettuce, tomato, 4 slices of bacon, and egg(cheese side on bacon)

7. Add American cheese, 2 slices of bacon, and turkey meat

8. Place other piece of toast on top to complete the sandwich
